These Terms of Use govern your use of WeightCareMatch (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who can use WeightCareMatch

WeightCareMatch is intended for use by adults who are at least 18 years old. By using the quiz or any part of the Site, you represent that you are 18 or older. Our quiz includes an age-gate question for this reason; if you indicate you are under 18, we do not show you program matches and do not continue the quiz.

Not medical advice

WeightCareMatch is an independent comparison site. We are not a healthcare provider, and nothing on the Site — including quiz results — is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a guarantee of eligibility for any program or medication. Only a licensed provider at a given program can determine whether you are eligible for that program or any medication, and that determination happens during your own visit with them, independent of anything shown here. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

No outcome guarantees

We do not promise or guarantee any health outcome, including weight loss, from using a program listed on the Site. Program descriptions reflect access, convenience, and pricing information as we understand it — not a prediction of results.

How the quiz works

The quiz runs in your browser and estimates which listed programs may fit your situation, based on the answers you give. It is not a medical evaluation. See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for how your answers are handled.

Third-party programs and links

The Site links to independent, third-party telehealth programs. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, policies, practices, medical advice, or services of any program you visit through a link on this Site. Your interactions with those programs are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

How we make money

We may earn a commission when you sign up for a program through a link on this Site. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details. This does not change the price you pay.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — for example, by attempting to interfere with its operation, scraping it at disruptive volume, or using it to submit false information intended to manipulate program matching for purposes other than your own comparison shopping.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site and its content, including cost comparisons and quiz results, are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Pricing and availability information is compiled from program pricing pages and may change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeightCareMatch is not liable for any decision you make based on information found on the Site.
